1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bespoke Mixology, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of both documents.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bespoke Mixology. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. While anyone 18 or older may use the Service to explore, create, and learn about beverages, you must be of legal drinking age in your country, state, or region to purchase, prepare, or consume alcoholic beverages. The Service provides information about alcoholic beverages and is intended solely for lawful, responsible, adult use, and nothing in the Service should be taken as encouragement to drink alcohol below your local legal drinking age.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and billing intervals are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Profile. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not violating any law, not infringing others’ rights, not uploading harmful or illegal content, not harassing other members, not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, and not using it to promote irresponsible or underage drinking. We may remove content or restrict access that we believe violates these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, posts, and other content you manually add or import. By sharing content on the Service, you grant Bespoke Mixology a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, use, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service and, where you choose, to make it visible to other members. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Community and Social Conduct

When using the Feed, friends, messaging, and public profiles, treat others with respect. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts to keep the community safe, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.

8. AI-Generated Content and Recipe Disclaimer

Recommendations, recipes, substitutions, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They may contain errors and are not professional, medical, dietary, or safety advice. Always verify ingredients, measurements, and preparation — especially regarding allergens, food safety, and alcohol content — and use your own judgment. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

9. Store and Third-Party Links

The Store and other areas may feature products and links to third-party retailers, some of which may be affiliate links. We do not sell these products directly and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, pricing, availability, or policies. Purchases you make from third parties are governed by their terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Bespoke Mixology and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Mixology and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespoke Mixology and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
